Rules and Regulations

Gym
1. Please only use the court you or your team are assigned to. Parents and siblings are not allowed to use courts that are not being used at the time. All children must be supervised by a parent/designated guardian at all times and are not allowed to roam the facility. Open courts are for rent only and are not free to use. Parents are liable for any/all damages done by their children and themselves.


2. Do not enter the court area until 5 minutes prior to your assigned court time. Please remain in the lobby until your scheduled time. Please exit your court promptly at the end of your assigned time. Any meetings must be held in the lobby or outside, not on the court.


3. No food or drink on the courts at any time. Players are allowed water only on the courts. No containers that have straws or open tops (including Stanleys with straws). 


4. Please clean up all spills immediately. Safety is our first priority.


5. Please remove all training equipment before you exit the court.


6. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Do not leave valuables behind or unattended.


7. Beware of flying volleyballs/basketballs. Play and attend games/practices at your own risk.


8. Coaches are responsible for ensuring all players have safely left the facility.


9. Alcohol, tobacco and drugs are prohibited. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is prohibited. No profanity or other offensive language allowed (spoken or appearing on apparel). Weapons and fireworks are strictly prohibited.


10. No skateboards, scooters, bikes inside the building at any time. 


11. No running, playing, chase on the sidelines or in the spectator areas.


Outdoor Fields
1. Please only use the field you or your team are assigned to. Parents and siblings are not allowed to use fields that are not being used at the time. All children must be supervised by a parent/designated guardian at all times and are not allowed to roam the facility. Open fields are for rent only and are not free to use. Parents are liable for any/all damages done by their children and themselves.


2. Do not enter the field area until 5 minutes prior to your assigned court time. Any meetings must be held outside the field/dugouts, not on the field once reservation time is over.


3. Painting lines or logos on a field is forbidden without explicit permission.


4. Driving vehicles on the field or surrounding area is strictly prohibited.


5. Please remove all training equipment before you exit the field.


6. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Do not leave valuables behind or unattended.


7. Beware of flying balls. Play and attend games/practices at your own risk.


8. Renters are responsible for maintaining a clean environment and ensuring all trash is disposed of properly after the event.


9. Alcohol, tobacco and drugs are prohibited. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is prohibited.

ALL SPACES: Be respectful of others and leave the space better than you found it! Pick up trash, return furniture/equipment, clean up after yourselves! Let the players play, let the coaches coach, let the officials officiate, let the fans cheer enthusiastically!
